Create WhatsApp Campaign

A template can be used to design a campaign for your WhatsApp chatbot's complete audience. Maintain contact with your customers, informing them of key events or changes to their order statuses, and reminding them of scheduled activities for which they have signed up.

1. Navigate to Campaigns -> Campaigns

2. Click Create Campaign.

3. Choose the access type as Public, Private or Group.

Campaigns on impactive choose whether to be public, private or group. By default, campaigns are public, meaning they are not privately accessible to the particular user.

Public campaigns are visible to all the users in the enterprise, whereas private campaigns are visible only to the members added by the campaign owner.

Choose the access type as Group and select the department name from the drop-down to attach the particular department to campaign, it becomes possible to filter campaign activities by department in the Campaign -> Report screen.

3. Enter the unique Campaign Name.

4. Choose the Channel Type as WhatsApp.

5. Select the Channel which you have already created and configured with approved message templates.

6. In Choose Template, you can choose the approved template from the list in the specified Channel. Refer How to create a Message Template

7. After filling out the information, click Create Campaign to create a new Campaign.

Info! After creating a private campaign, you can add members to access the respective campaign by navigating to the members page or else you can add the department in private campaign to provide access rights for department members. Click Add button and choose the resource you want to provide access to the created campaign.
